How do I
place an order?
Just add your selected product/products to the cart. Go to the cart on the top right corner of any page and follow the prompts for secure checkout. You will be asked to make an account before your order, this is so you can easily track your orders and not have to put your information in every order.
Your information is secure and will not be used in any way other than to ship your order and notify you of any order related updates.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will ship your package within 1 Business day via USPS if your order is placed before 5 pm. Orders after 5 pm may go out on the second business day.
We try to get as many orders out as possible on the same day but cannot guarantee this. Expect your purchase in 5 - 7 days when Standard Shipping is selected or 3 - 5 for Priority Mail. Please note USPS sometimes has delays that we have no control over.

We accept all major credit cards. Your payment is secure and will never save your payment method unless you choose. We will not be able to view your credit card information.

Return / Refund Policy
We are so confident in the products that we carry here at CBD and Hemp Emporium, that we offer a money-back guarantee for any unused products. We offer a full or partial refund if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order.
When you purchase your CBD products through CBDandHempEmporium.com, you are doing so with a 30 day trial period. We do ask that you return any remaining products.
When the product is received and reviewed, we will process your refund minus shipping. If the product you return is 3/4 full or above you will receive a full refund. If the product is half full or above you will receive a 50% refund, if a quarter full or above we will give you a 25% refund. We can not accept any products with less than a quarter of the product.
We do ask you to pay for your return shipping. We do not sell returned products.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Your satisfaction is important to us. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouses.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure no damage has occurred during shipping. If you notice damage has occurred, please contact us at and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping so that we may assist you with a refund or replacement of that item.
